Ticket Purchase Policy
ietickets.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands, venues and event planners. ietickets.com does not have any role whatsoever in setting the ticket prices or determining seating locations. Policies set by our clients prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Therefore, when you receive your tickets it is extremely important that you keep them in a safe place.
Ticket delivery times may vary. Therefore, please ensure that you allow enough time for the delivery of your order. If by mail, please allow at least ten (10) business days after you place your order to receive your tickets. For express delivery, allow at least three (3) business days for delivery. These delivery times are approximate and ietickets.com is not responsible for deliveries that take longer than the estimated times stated above. If you have not received your tickets within ten (10) days of your purchase, please contact us at info@ietickets.com.
Events may be cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. ietickets.com is not responsible for any such cancellations or postponements. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party or for further instructions. If the event is rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.
